Back to my Suburban shaking issues?

Question

Is 1995 Suburban when it shakes it feels like is going to die the volt battery arrows goes down the voltage that is supposed to be. It runs on gasoline not diesel. I have already changed the battery and alternator butr there is times when I'm driving that the voltage arrow goes down and it scares me because is a big car and nobody stops to help me..Does somebody encounter this issues before? let me know and thank you again!
