My husband is 14 yrs younger, I keep waiting for him to "catch up" if you will, and for a lack of better words. After 5 yrs, I am about to throw in the towel....but then I have always dated younger men....I just look young for my age, I guess...lol..let me know what you think.

I will try to put this as simple as possible.
Please realize that he will not "catch up".
You are light years ahead of him both emotionally and mentally.
It would be like wanting an 10 year old understand the life of a 24 year old.
The child will be the child.
The hope or expectation of him being more will not materialize.
It will be too late in your life if it does happen.
Older men are not all alike.
Each person is her or his own individual.

I think, biologically it's just not a good idea... Women age faster, and do not have as much time in a reproductive sense. I would never want to be with a guy who made me look old.

I too date men much younger than me, but I wouldnt dream of marrying one!
It would be unfair on both of us, he wont 'catch up' he'll always be 14yrs behind you in life experiences and goals

There is no problem, that is if you like being with immature guys. You must have a mothering complex. All they are good for is a boy-toy.

No problem with younger men. Done it myself. You just have to remember - all men are babies! Hang in there! Just "Mother" him! haha
