can you give me a list of web sites where i can download and burn free music without getting sued for it?

There is going to be a bit of a risk on all the free sites perhaps not that much though. Try going to Morpheus and downloading a program called peer guardian which has already installed a blocker for the mpaa and music association so they can't scan your downloads . Run that when downloading from any site . Try Morpheus , lime wire, bear share there are tons of sites available.

Technically there's *nowhere* you can get free music and not risk legal action. None of the free sites are licensed by definition so anything you download from them is illegal. There are some places that are lower risk than other but that's not what you asked, no one can say you *definitely* won't get sued for using any of them.
