Sleeping is great, it has many many health benefits, I wish I could sleep like that, especially at that time, you are way better off, rather than having such a lack of sleep like me and being always tired, the worst thing you can do is getting bad sleep behaviors and patterns, don't do it, it really throws you off, I'd give anything to be able to go to sleep at 9 or 10 and get up at 5 o 6 like before, not the case. So don't worry, you are doing good, if you get up at 7 and do all your regular activities, just work out and take a 1/2 hr to 45 min. nap if you must, but it can mess up your night sleep.

What time do you get up in the morning? You need to get 7 to 8 hours a night. Are you eating right? A good balanced meal will help some with your energy. Sometimes it could just be how you have trained your sleep pattern. I get sleepy around 9, mainly because I have to get up at 4:15 in the morning.

pass to sleep before, in case you do no longer awaken on your guy or woman, you're actually not getting adequate sleep. it may take everywhere from a week to a month to get decrease back in a sturdy napping time table... i be responsive to from journey, in the process the summer season, I used to get right into a time table of staying up all evening till approximately midday, then napping till like 8PM.. purely shop going to mattress early, you will finally get decrease back to a sturdy time table.

wake up sleepy and start smelling life, which is obviously a bore for you. You need to break out of your natural routine, and get out of your bed and do something for a change. Do you have a girlfriend, if you don't - I'd get one. She'll keep you up past your regular "time for bed" lifestyle.

You should be up until 3 am then up for a class at 8am. Go get a checkup - maybe a thyroid problem or anemic or something. You are too young to be tired.
