how can you make graphics or blends online without downloading stuff?

Im presuming you ask about the various colour blends in an image.

You have to have some software like Adobe or PaintshopPro to do that. If Im right its called Gradient Fill and thats not available in MS Paint... So I guess u have to download one of such softwares..

If this is not the answer to ur question, would appreciate if u can explain..
