I don't mind snow i live in pa but just in general which place do you thing is best

When it's winter in the northern hemisphere, it's summer in the southern hemispher...So if you want sunshine head south! Brazil, Argentina, South Africa... Australia...
All depends on how far you want to go...
And if you prefer winter sports, head for the french alpine ski resorts around Grenoble; Alpe d'Huez, Chamrousse, Chamonix, etc. you've plenty to choose from!
(Also depends on where YOU ARE! If your departure point is in Europe or America!)

About 2 years back we had gone to Jamaica (Montego Bay) during our Christmas vacation and we LOVED it!!!
The people were warm and friendly, generally laid back, food was great and the beaches were just prefect. the weather was not too hot - warm tropical days and pleasant nights. Even the airfares are cheaper than flying from LA to NY city!

I cannot believe people have not said this yet.........Disney!!!! They can definitely show you a great time no matter what time of year! prices in winter are cheaper
