I have a friend who has this question. He meet a women who is married, but separate. He is crazy for this women, so crazy that he asked her to file for a divorce and marry him and have his children. The women is crazy for him too. She really likes him. And she wants to be with him too. But she won't go file for the divorce. She is going through a real personal promblem with one of her childrens. And when that is done then she say's she'll file for a divorce. So should he wait or leave it alone.

What's the time frame for the "problem"? A month? A year? I would wait for *some* time, but not forever.

I would say your friend needs to give her the benefit of the doubt. As if there is some personal issues taking place with her children he needs to respect her as a mother and allow her to be a parent to her children first and a girlfriend second. No man or women should put a gf or bf in front of their children and if you truly love someone you would not expect them to do so. If it is true love they will be together once these issues are resolved no matter how long it takes. True love is worth waiting for.

He needs to let her resolve her problems. When she is ready, she will come for him. He has to give her time and let her work out what she needs. He cannot be there pushing her. He needs to be a friend, and only a friend if she needs it. In time, if it's suppose to happen, it will.
