If you're asking what living creature has the most STDs, then I don't think that's a question anyone's equipped to answer. The animal we know the most about (unsurprisingly) is humans... the amount we know about any other animal is very small in comparison.
If, on the other hand, you're asking which STDs are most common in humans, that's easier to answer. It isn't quite cut-and-dried, though, because a lot of cases go unreported and there are many diseases for which statistics are not collected. But here's what I could turn up:
The U.S. has a population of about 300 million people right now.
In 2004 in the U.S., there were:
- an estimated 60,000,000 cases of genital herpes.
- an estimated 20,000,000 current infections of HPV.
- an estimated 1,250,000 cases of chronic hepatitis B.
- an estimated 1,100,000 current infections of HIV/AIDS.
- 929,462 chlamydia diagnoses.
- 330,132 gonorrhea diagnoses.
- almost 8000 infectious syphillis diagnoses.
If you're a teen, your chances of having any of these are way higher than other groups. And three quarters of all the chlamydia cases are among women as opposed to men (it seems to be easier for men to infect women than vice versa).
All this gives you SOME idea of how prevalent the diseases are, if not necessarily which is the most infectious. The highest ones on the chart are generally permanent diseases in that once you have them you are essentially infected for life.
It bears mention that although all of these CAN be transmitted through sex, many of them can be transmitted through means OTHER than sex too! Some varieties HPV (human papillomavirus) for example can be transmitted by skin contact with a lesion.
I would say that herpes is probably also the most easily transmitted (though I don't have a ton of data to back it up). Varieties of this virus are reponsible not only for genital warts, but also cold sores, chicken pox, and shingles. I have heard it said that a drop of herpes-infected blood in a swimming pool is as infections as a drop of HIV-infected blood in a teacup. Yikes.
HPV is another good contender, though. Pretty much all warts are caused by HPV (there's more than 100 different HPV viruses) and many of the genital HPV varieties show no symptoms. Some estimates suggest that 75% of all women are infected with a sexually-transmitted version of HPV in their lifetimes. Persistant HPV infections have been linked to cervical cancer.
One other source cites the three 'easiest' diseases to catch as HPV, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. They all sound bad to me!

I got clinically diagnosed with herpes virus (type 2) about seven years ago, while I was still attending college and had a dumb one-night stand. I know lots of girls will say this, but I swear I had certainly not done that sort of thing before. I just made a massive mistake that one time and all of a sudden I felt like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The worst part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone that has sores around her you-know-what? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/2FIZN everything changed.
Not only was I able to eliminate all traces of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 21 days, but I was also able to begin dating once more. I even met the man of my dreams and I'm so fortunate to write that just last week, in front of everybody in a packed restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This system provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience true love. Now I want to help you too by sharing this with the whole World.

probably humans, since we have sex for pleasure and not solely for reproduction. The only other animals that do this, to my knowledge, are dolphins and bonobos.
