If South Africa is economically, politically, better in tact than North Africa? Why don't they help them ? Why is there so much corruption in North Africa? Why does South Africa no help it's neighbors to become more Free?

Too stupid. and others if you not able to intelligently debatte on this issue, than please do not respond to this question. I am asking seriously to learn about it. Cause I have a pen pal friend in Kenya. And I do help where I can. He/we starting an non-profit organization to help school kids. So you smart mouthed people. What do you do to help? Besides smoking pot and dop?

They have enough on their plate as it is. They are trying to give millions of black people halfways decent housing, they have an enormous influx of refugees from Zimbabwe, they have a terribly high rate of criminality....
As for helping your neighbours to become more free, do you mean like the US in Chile and Nicaragua, or now in Iraq?

The only reason that South Africa is prosperous is because of white farmers and a white government, who did help North Africa in the past.
The white farmers have been murdered and driven off their land that they farmed for generations.
The present black government of South Africa doesn't care a thing about North Africa.
Why should they?

To me it seems like the president is giving too much help to other African countries. I feel he should be concentrating on his own country first, what with the corruption, poverty, crime etc. in South Africa.
He should first attempt to sort out this country and only then look to helping other countries.
