gelatin is fabulous for hair and nails. soups, stews, anything with flavor derived from bones!(sounds gross, eh?)

my wife is a cosmetologist.

Gelatin is supposed to be good for weak nails, but it doesn't sound as if your as weak. They are just short because you bite them, right? Protein is what is good for your nails and hair. So eat a lot of protein. Cheese would be good because women need more calcium usually anyway. Good luck to you.

DRINK lots of milk..

i went on a milk frenzy for 3 months straight, i only drank milk and water occasionally, my nails grew back soo fast everytime i bit them.. im really bad for that!

even my toe nails were growing fast.. try it

Gelatin, milk, they make an orange gelatin for nail and hair growing that's powder and you drink it.

Stop chewing them and they will grow.You don't need something to help them grow,because it wont work if you keep chewing...Good Luck Hun!
