What do you mean exactly? The federal government for any U.S. state is the United States government. If you are looking for the federal court in Michigan, then you would want either the Sixth Circuit or one of the federal district courts in Michigan. If you want the Department of Justice location in Michigan, then there are different U.S. attorneys for each federal district within Michigan (for example, the Western District of Michigan, the Eastern District of Mich., etc.).
