AND THAT IS IT BUT NOTHING EVEN TOOK THE BRIGHTNESS OFF IT AND IT IS VERY BRIGHT BLUE!! PLEASE HELP ME

When you have tried everything else...scrap the blue off with a something sharp,then cover the srape with somthing white.better that then a blue mark on something white

try alcohol on a paper towel. It gets receipt ink off of counter tops

try mr. cleans magic eraser. about 2 bucks at ur grocer or like walgreens
