Hamburger Helper is good for the beginner cook, like my 14 yr old and ok for a rush meal when its just the two of you. As a meal for a family that sucks, its pitiful when thats the best you can do for your supper.

No if you doctor it up. My favorite is beef straganoff. I substitute a half cup of cream for the milk and add a fourth stick of butter. After it is done, I top it with freshly ground black pepper.

No it rocks sometimes, expecially Cheeseburger Macaroni with cream style corn. Good, cheap & easy to make, what more could you ask for ?
