Depends on who you are working for.
If it is a bar or a nite club, stripper joint, etc, you will fit right in.
If it is for IBM or some real corporation, you will be fired if you expose it and not wear the proper clothing to cover it. I would hope they would first give you a warning before firing.
Put your 'tat' some where on your body where you can easily cover it with your clothing, like your upper arm or something.
