I don't know of a special name. You would need to be a licensed Cosmetologist possibly. Call up a Funeral Home and ask them what the qualifications are for that job.

A funeral director, mortician and embalmer are all the same thing. And we are the ones who do the make-up the the dead, we are trained extensivley in mortuary school how to do the make-up on the dead.

A mortician, or some one who is specialized in cosmetic care for the deceased.
As long as you are no necrophiliac you'll be fine in that job sector..
