Steamed is the best way to go. It is better for you than all the above. But Raw veggies are good for you. And if you grill meat some of the fat goes thru the grill so that is somewhat healthy too. But I loved steamed.

It depends on the food being cooked. Grilled is the best way to preserve and enhance taste with meat, of course. For vegetables, raw can be great because of the nutrition and fiber, but some veggies taste better and are more palatable when steamed. The cooking process does eliminate some nutrition, but the steaming of veggies allows more nutrition to stay in. Steaming is better than boiling, for instance, because the nutrition goes into the water when foods are boiled. Grilling food does tend to take moisture out, so when grilling, be careful to hydrate, marinate, and avoid over-cooking. Also, if you steam, just make sure to leave the skins on veggies to optimize the nutrition. The fiber and the nutrition are in and near the skin of the veggie. If you want to grill veggies, put them into a marinade inside a foil wrap. They will absorb the flavor of the grill and still maintain their moisture.
