I HAVE A CINGULAR PLAN, AND I BROKE MY PHONE BUT IT STILL WORKS AND I HAVE A BACKUP ONE A MOTOROLA V152-SOMETHING LIKE THAT AND MY V551 THE FRONT SCREEN BROKE, NOW I WANT TO BUY A RZAR V3 WITHOUT PAYING FEES, SO CAN I JUST WALK IN A CINGULAR STORE AND BUY ONE WITHOUT A PLAN AND NOTHING AND PAY THE $250.00....OR DO I HAVE TO OPEN A PREPAID SERVICE......OR IS ANYWHERE I CAN GET A RZAR WITHOUT A PLAN OR NOTHING....PLEASE HELP.....

You can go into a Cingular store and purchase the phone by itself. But, it will cost more to do that. I would look on eBay or some other website that has cell phones for sell. Probably would pay a lot less online.

I don't entirely understand your question...but if you go to the Cingular store, you have the option of buying the phone by itself. Granted, it will cost you an arm and a leg to accomplish such a purchase, but then all you have to do is take your SIM card outta your old phone and put it in the RAZR. Hope that answered your question.
