i'm no Republican, or a Democrat, but I don't recall Clinton admitting he failed the US by not killing Osama Bin Laden when he had a right and opportunity to do so, and I also don't remember him admitting much wrongdoing while sharing cigars with Ms. Lewinsky (minor transgression in the scheme of things, but NO accountability displayed nonetheless).
Where was LBJ's admittal that the Vietnam War was being run poorly and that his administration continued to hamper chances for victory?
Where was Carter's admittal that undermining the Shah led to the Iranian revolution that eventually held scores of Americans captive for over a year? Where's Carter's admittal that not supporting the Shah was a political error that led to the polarization of Iranian government and policy and currently poses a nuclear threat to America?
Where's that admission?

Republicans seem to be by nature black and white thinkers (when they think at all). They have the simple philosophy that everyone (including the president, apparently) should watch out for himself and not give a damn about others. They distort reality to conform with their simple-minded way of viewing the universe and cannot admit any variance. It would be like questioning the existence of god.

they won't because they're decisions is what they believe, and they are too self centered to allow anyone to effect their opinion. I just hope America elects someone who truly can bring forth the former golden days of America, republican or democrat or heck, that one party that no-one ever votes for. but if you ask me those days seem so far off. why can't we get a president that does thing for research and improvement of the economy? good economy equals more money which will allow more actions to be taken. I just hope this person shows up by next election.

I think your question really applies to all politicians and parties. You could also ask why don't most people just admit they are wrong (when they've made a mistake), apologize, and move forward (that's how you learn).
No one wants to appear as if they've made a mistake, a wrong decision.

If there were no parties, none of the people who like to dress fancy and talk alot of bull back and forth to each other, we all would be better off. Senators, Governors just a bunch of smooth talking back door business doing care for no one but themselves and their own little circle of the world.

you extremely must have some spelling exams achieved on it. and function a subject in it. upload a substantial factor and then artwork off of that, that's ok to start up with the aid of ranting away then seem at it back and manage... shape it variety it right into a stable actual back up with supplies. that's a stable start up now make it right into a depiction.

ever hear the phrase "people in glass houses should not throw stones"?
BOTH sides think they are perfect, no one (especially anyone in power) will admit to being wrong, those that do, show strength of character.

nobody in politics admits their wrong. i think that all people find it hard to say they were wrong even when there is a lot of pressure.
