My homeopath performed an energetic muscle test where whenever my deltoid became weak he said that the medication I was holding was good for me and when it stayed strong it was of no benefit or possibly detrimental. This is contrary to what I have read on the internet. What I've read was: when the muscle stayed strong, this is when the medication was supposedly good for me and when it became weak, that was when it was considered a negative response. I am very confused. Thanks in advance for any help that you may offer.

Here's a site that instructs on self-kinesiology. If you learn to do this for yourself, you can take the guesswork out of it. Please feel free to email me with any questions.

the traditional way is that if the item is good for you, it will make you stronger and if it is bad for you it will make you weaker. But there are some techniques (such as BodyTalk) that train practitioners backward to help them think outside the box. This works, too. They just have to approach it a different way. However, if you question the outcome of your homeopath's testing you should seek a second opinion. Many herb shops and health food stores can muscle test.

Yes, you are right. I would question him about it. He could be asking in an opposite manner, and maybe that is the way he muscle tests. Muscle testing is also affected by hydration, and there are other types of muscle testing available.
Most importantly, though, How do you FEEL with the medication?
