yeah right now i want to ask her to be my gf but i don't know what to say...i mean if she say yes i will take her to movies dinner or whatever i don't care...but i don't know what to say or do!,

have you ever heard the expression "puttign the card before the horse"?
How could you want someone for a girlfriend if you haven't dated her? Don't you think that's kind of shallow? Like saying she's so transparent, you don't even need to get to know her at all, and you're not willing to invest any time or energy into a courtship, you just want the main event.
Sorry, dating was invented to DECIDE if someone should become your boy/girl friend. You can't skip steps.

Uh, that's not the way it works. You're too anxious and you're putting the cart before the horse (meaning that dating comes first and the girlfriend thing later - maybe). You need to follow the proper procedure, and it's going to take two to tango. Girls, especially, need to go through the right steps.
In your defense, however, it's often the best thing in life to be brutally honest...it's just that with girls and women some tact and protocol are usually required. Otherwise, they might think that you're like a caveman choosing his woman, haha! :)

but practical advice is ask her out and say hey at least I'm paying.
there i took the time to write you personally now say a prayer for Todd in church next time as payment. or print this out in times new roman font and show her, she might be amused that you could say God told us to go out on a date.

I don't know if you've been dating the girl for a while, but if not you should try to get in her life before asking her to be your girlfriend.
What you should do is be yourself, you might see a lot of suggestion out here, but a girl will feel it if you are faking.. so just be natural and cool.. and go man don't hesitate, it's your chance, you can do it!!

First, you have to ask her out, then go wherever you like, movies, dinner, a long walk, and THEN you ask her to be your gf.
You just have to invest a little time, to prepare the environment, then play everything or nothing and ask her directly.
I think the best choice will be movies and a long walk.

first, ask her out on a date. if that ends up going nicely, ask her out on a second date. keep asking her out on dates and eventually you will just become a couple - you dont necessarily have to ask her to be your gf.
