What it really means is that WE are all related. It means just like what your thinking. All they did was split into different tribes because someone wanted power, or didn't like the power that was in charge. Then it just kept going and going and going. Somewhere along the line, white men and indians became an "item" and that's when Mulattos were born. So in answer to your question yes, it means they were all related in some way or another. Just like we all are. Because I'm sure if you research all the way back to your ancestory, you'll realize that you and I... are in some way related.. :o) Sara.

it would seem so and genetically they are all very similar. Native Americans as a racial group are lactose intolerant so their is a clue. They split up into different tribes and they don't see themselves as all on group though
