I'm writing a story in which a werewolf is found in a zoo, like it often happens (in stories) but instead of leaving the zoo in the morning, the werewolf spends the night biting every animal. What happens to an elephant if a werewolf bites it?

Maybe it becomes a werephelump. Seriously it would of course become half elephant, and half wolf, I don't really know if this works for me. I can't quite picture Chita as a werechimp either, it doesn't seem quite horrible enough, at least in the scary sense. Have you ever thought about putting your werewolf into a convention of various religions? Or maybe how about the UN? They sure seem to be in great need of new blood, and maybe a new look as well.

Nothing really. The only time a werewolf would attack another wolf, if they were fighting over territory. You have to keep in mind that a werewolf will act like a wolf in certain situations, because of the fact that the person is part wolf.

For the chimp, I have no clue.

reverts like sponge-gar! becomes a woolly mammoth on steroids! of course...it would be a good twist if the animals didn't change outwardly. what if they stayed the same in appearance(except subtly larger and stronger), but got a lot smarter, and a lot more vicious? that would add a whole new aspect of creepiness, and a lot more opportunities for the animals to actively wreak havok. what if were-critters looked just like normal ones? how would you tell the difference before they ate your face? some of your story could be figuring this out... interesting premise, though. i like it. what if werewolf was really a wolf, but endowed with the intelligence of a man, and the appetites of a madman? how hard would it be to spot - much less capture? good idea, mate! hope to read it someday soon!
good luck!

I would think the animals would become more vicious and violent, effected by the full moon.
