the easiest way to do that is to save the image!
just save it on your desktop or somewhere where you can access it easily.
Then right click the desktop//properties///desktop//
//Browse//
//and click on the image!
You probably already knew that so i'll be on my way!

Well are you doing it right? normally u right click on mouse on the picture u want and click set as background. this normally works for me :) gl

when pulling up the picture are you right clicking onto SET AS BACKGROUND? this works for me.

you first need to download pictures to my documents,my pictures folder.Than go to control panel click on display,click on desktop click browse click my pictures find downloaded pictures then click apply.
