Certainly not, rape in any form is inexcusable. To blame the woman because she was wearing a short skirt or a revealing top, or because she was drinking is intolerable.
Rape is a crime and the rapist is the criminal, no matter how you look at it.

FALSE. Even f there are no date rape drugs slipped to the girl, she gets drunk, and the guy takes advantage of her, it still is the guys fault. If there are drugs involved, its definately the guys fault. The girl should have been more responsible, but the guy who took advantage of her is at fault. Just because she is irresponsible, doesnt mean that she can be blamed for someone taking advantage of her.

Only if it is the Girl that does it to the boy. When one party says No and says it Continuously then it's rape and the fault always lies with the rapest. I have no use for rapest. I rank them right along with child abusers and molesters and people that neglect their children and deadbeat parents. I agree with odu83 however boys can be raped by girls too, it's just much much much less likely to happen. That is the only way it can be the girls fault (if it can even be proven).
