I think Anime is better because the cartoons have stories. American cartoons are okay except they're boring most of the time. What's your opinion?

I think so, too. Most American cartoons lack the depth that anime has. Anime has better stories, deeper plotlines, and well-developed characters (of course, it depends on what anime you watch). Most American cartoons don't offer that. That's why it mystifies me when some idiot comes on Yahoo! Answers and talks about how anime is gay, while they watch Family Guy and South Park, which are cartoons that make you laugh but don't feature deep plots or stories that make you think.
People who don't like anime don't know what they're missing. I do like a lot of American cartoons, but anime is better.

Yup, the reason of why anime is better is because anime got a wide variety of genre, it has sports, romance, comedy, fantasy, sci-fi, detective and some more genre that you can prefer which suits your taste, compared to the American cartoons that usually superheroes and comedy generally. And I can say that all anime are consists of more than one genre, making anime interesting and fun to watch. The storyline is always amusing, and despite the fact that there's so many anime are already in the market, they can still come out with a fresh story, making it a popular type of cartoon among all. Truthfully, I prefer anime, nice drawing style. ^-^

Anime cartoons, in my opinion, are poorly drawn and all look the same. At least in american cartoons you can tell one show from another.
