I have downloaded it twice now and it never works. I can never import contacts from msn like it says I can, what is wrongwith it

Did you install the messenger program after downloading it? try reinstalling it if you have also if you don't have administrator access privileges ask the system administrator to install the messenger program for you if they refuse you're stuck. whoever is using the msn id also needs to agree to it. They have to specifically sign up for it.

try deleting the program and make sure that all of its files are gonna..then re-download it, it should work then
