I do not believe that there is one.

Go get him!

Get to the police first and formost. Second get your son counseling. My son was molested as a young child and I got him a therapist right away. He's doing ok now. Great in fact. Resist to urge to hurt your brother {I would want to kill him!} and go to the police and let them do the dirty work.

You show your son this was not his fault and that you love and respect him greatly. Tell him how proud you are that he spoke up.

When I found out about my boy I almost fell down with shock. Please take care of yourself and your son. He needs you now, he decided to speak up so make sure you listen.

i dont think there is one. i would go to the police in your city and ask them.sorry to hear that my son was molested by a relative at 5 when i trusted him to watch him while i worked. you have a feeling of let down like i wasnt there to protect my son. its a long healing process, that my son has now recovered from. my son not me i am trying to forgive. my cousin has recently been murdered and my son told me to forgive him and attend the services. i did go, but my son didnt. you can learn alot from your children. i did go to the police when i found out and placed charges against him for things that just makes me sick. i pray you are able to get that sick perfert where it hurts, but sooner or later for the healing to start you will have to learn somewhere in your heart to forgive and let him get his just reward. they love child molesters in prison.

I think it depends on which state you live in. However, I think you could do more pay back as a sister, with him being free and not in jail. That type of deed deserves creativity!

Write a motion. Tell them what he did and the posibiltiy of it happening to other young children. You can at least try to get him in a mental hospital.

your best bet is to call the local District Attorney where you live to find out that information.

Also please get your son some counseling.
