Hey! Does anyone know when the Roman Empire invaded Greece and took over? If you could give me a couple sources or links, that'd be great. Thanks you all!

31 a.C. - 324 p.C.
Following the winning of Octavianos at the Aktio battle on 31 A.C. and until 324 P.C. when imperator Constantinos has started the thoughts of establishing a new capital of the Roman state. This new capital was Constantinople (the city of Constantinos) or New Rome. On 333 P.C. the establishment of Byzance state starts and although the Roman administration rules apply still, the Greek language is used in all official documentation.

I don't think it ever did. Actually, there were mountains in Rome which forced it to look west, toward Spain and Gaul.
