We have already explained to the employees that this kind of behavior will cost them money, because it will come out of thier Christmas bonus, as the company needed to pay to clear out the pipes. We have also put up signs in the bathrooms. What else can we do?

Sounds like hiring the mentally handicapped didn't work your company !!

If you already approached them on this matter there is nothing else you can do... Make the Christmas bonus disappear then perhaps they will rethink it or they will hit the road so you can hire workers who actually care about the company !

Remeber that it is probably only one person who is being so childish, and try not to punish everyone for this poor behaviour.
You can try doing what we did at work; put a lock on the door and require folk to sign out a key. That way, you have a record of who is using the bathroom. Make sure there is a garbage can right beside the toilet. If the problem persists, you will have a good idea who the culprit is. Let folk know they are being monitored. Let folk know they will be fired if found clogging the toilet; it is likely the problem will stop.

If your employees are from another country originally, they may not understand that our sewer sytem is not the miracle system that they were led to believe and as is the case with the way of life they have encountered here.

I suggest that you provide leak-proof bags (like air-sick bags on airlines) for disposal of feminine products. Some people are very discrete and don't want to leave such things out in the "open". Also provide a trash receptacle in each stall as opposed to only a "community" trash in the bathroom.

ok at the start she introduced a toddler herself at 14. Why would she have a toddler at 14. Who grew to become into the daddy? Why did no longer all of us word her tummy boost. i think that if international is coming to love 14 twelve months Olds having babies and attempting to flush them down a rest room whats the factor anymore. could no longer she have purely advised her mom. i be responsive to her mom would be mad yet i be responsive to she would help her make the mind-blowing determination like going to a well-being facility. Her mom would take this as a ? hate concern. Why didnt she take this heavily? So unhappy :(

lock the bathroom and put a repair sign up for one week as soon as they relize they have to go elsewhere to use the bathroom they will change there tunes

tell your employees that because they fail to heed warnings about plumbing, that you are placing cameras in the bathrooms and whoever gets caught on tape, will be the one who unclogs the toilet. that ought to wake them up.
