I'm not a teen-age girl, but I say good for you for not wanting to take pills or puke or anything stupid like that! Just eat right and exercise!

You're a teenager, wait until you grow up to worry about that sort of thing... The best thing you can do is excersize like every other day for 20 minutes a day. Don't overdo it, that's bad. Eat healthy; no junk food, pop, etc. Don't smoke, do drugs, etc.

Jogging is less effective than walking, people really need to stop pushing jogging. Go for walks, not jogs. Health people have even said situps might not be that good for us, afterall.

Wellps, run to get the legs toned up. After about a week of running everyday, it feels good and refreshing. For the stomach, do the dreaded sit-ups. If you do it on inclined plane, it'll help your legs, too. As for your arms, swim. Swimming helps pretty much everything. But I lift weights, and my legs are pretty cool.

Cycling, walking, good for toning up, and keeps you very fit. Get a step machine for the legs, and do weights to tone your arms.

Try the special K diet. Also, a little less candy never hurt anyone.
