This could be Columnaris, or a fungus. By Furasone you mean Nitrofurazone? (Nitrofurazone is the right treatment for Columnaris.) Personally I'd go with anti fungal agent, and broad spectrum anti-bacteria agent.

Strong kill every bacteria in your tank treatment. (watch your ammonia levels durning and after treatment)
Trisulfa + jungle fungus/ cungus clear

More natural method that doesn't completely ruin your biological filter. (Personally I say screw the biological filter)
Melafix + Primafix

A half hour salt bath of one tablespoon salt for every gallon of water in the bucket. Keep an eye on the fish to make sure he doesn't so too many signs of distress and then put him back in the tank. Do this daily until he is well or dead. Use kosher of freshwater aquarium salt and raise the tank temp 4 degrees F

Go with meds from Virbac Animal Health. They have a product like called "Mardel", and I would look up all of their various Antibiotic, Antiparasitic, and Antifungal meds...
