They have to act tough and loud coz people keep pissing them off. People keep judging them in negative ways; you look ugly, fat, un natural, like a man, too pretty to waste yourself with girls.
Also females are perceived to be the weaker gender (don't laugh, they are still perceived that way).
lesbians have to stand up for themselves. And until majority of the population stop discriminating or being prejudice, they won't stop. How else are they going to do it?
Yes it can be as irritating as a bunch of animal activist or religious groups but until the population change their attitudes, lesbians don't have any other choice.

OK not a feminist or a lesbian well actually I am half lesbian as I like sex with both women and men. But you need to get laid dude. Let off some of that tension. Also don't drink so much caffeine.

Out side of not being able to get yourself a partner whats your problem. It seems when men fall short to matching up to women they complain about lesbians. You need to get a life.
