Can the United States evict the UN from the building in new York and from the United States completely? Is there a long term lease or agreement for the UN building. Does the UN have authority over our sovereign nation?

The US funds the UN, almost all of it. Shut off funding and these people will have to go out and get real jobs.
Most of them will probably stay here and become taxi drivers.

The United States does not own the land on which the United Nations building was built, it was donated to the United Nations by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. The building was constructed with UN funds and the US has no claim over it. The UN Headquarters site is now officially international territory, not part of the United States, so the US cannot evict the UN.

We may be "hosts" but we still can evict the League of United Nations! Have you ever had a "house guest" who overstayed their welcome, like the UN? What do you do? You ask them to LEAVE! I hope they move the UN and don't tell us where they went! Useless crooks will have their "Trick or Treat for UNICEF" next month! The "trick" is how Kofi and the gang "treat" themselves with money donated by well meaning children! Pretty low stealing from kids!! We also fund 25% of the UN's budget!

Yes, but our government would never allow it unless the day came that we left the UN. The chances of that are less than lightening striking the leaders of all member countries within one day.
