Are there any ladies out there that are pregnant or have children who started to get menstrual feeling cramps about a week before your period and found out you were actually pregnant?? I am due around the 24th and I been getting cramping like I am going to start my period but I know I can't yet. Any one get this too and found out it was pregnancy?? Thanks!!

Yep, I did. From what I've read that is pretty common and that the cramps aren't really menstrual cramps, but the egg implanting in the uterine lining.

Yes, I did have cramping like I was going to be getting my period when I first found out that I was pregnant.
If you are asking if it is normal to have these cramping feelings right before you are due, then that is normal too. Consult your obgyn if this is the case. It could be a sign of labor begining.

Yes I had this with this pregnancy. Then I had a day of bleeding and then nothing. A week later I found out I was pregnant. Go ahead and take a pregnancy test.

b4 i knew for sure i was pregnant with my daughter i was having cramping in my stomach and just thought it must be my period coming in a few days (although i already had suspicions that i was pregnant because i was late) and after a week or 2 i went to the doctor and found out i was 5 weeks pregnant.

I had severe cramping with my first baby. Didn't know I was pregnant then took a test and it was positive. Best of luck to you.

I'm 36 weeks and have had menstrusal like cramps...awful!!! it's liking having your period without all the blood and tampons!!!

I had menstrual cramping after i was suppose to have my period. i thought my period was suppose to start but nope i was pregnant. =]

I had the same feeling, cramps, backaches, and my breasts were sore I thought i was coming on but i was 8 wks pregnant.

yes, with my first pregnancy i had the WORST menstrual cramps of my life!
