Drinking can lead to other drugs and smoking pot can also , however it doesn't always happen .
You sound to me like someone who has just decided on the answer and wants others to agree . I am a 52 yr. old Mom and Grandma who did smoke pot for over 10 years when I was younger and drank also , I never did any hard drugs in my life . So my point is if you are going to do something you will, if not some of us are just different .

It isn't pot that leads to destruction it is the person.
What sane person thinks out of the blue one day to try heroin knowing the potential side effects?
Only a weak person with a weak mind falls into the pothead loser category and they'd be losers with or without weed - the weed is NOT TO BLAME.
Don't even get me started on booze! Hic!

That would really depend on the person. I believe it could be a door opener to other things once that high wasn't good enough anymore

I think it has more to do with your family's history of addiction. If you came from a family of alchoholics yes, you are more likely to be one too, and you are also more likely to be a drug adict. As far as mary jane and harder drugs are concerned, I think it can if you become a "pot adict"

Both can, it just depends on the individual and how that person's brain is wired. Some people are just prone to addiction.

If you're already high, your willingness to try other drugs is likely.
