My alltime favorite movie would have to be The Color Purple I love the trials and how they seemed like the people next door and how it ended of course also I have a tie it is Stand By Me I have seen that movie over twenty times and will never get tired of it it is a wonderful example of friendship and I also love movies in third person.

Anne of a Thousand Days with Richard Burton as Henry VIII. What a tyrant. After watching this try Young Bess ( Elizabeth I young life) and then Elizabeth.( with Cate Blanchett. You will be hooked on tudor history.

Pay it Forward. Not only do I think it is the best movie of all time...It teaches that you that what goes around, comes around...and it does. The fact that it is based on a true story(?)also gains big points with me.If a little boy(hypothetically or for real)can come up with such an idea, what is wrong with most adults?Very moving storyline.I needed a lot of tissue!!LOL!

The Shawshank Redemption... The story (written by Steven King), the acting, and music are all top notch... Kill Bill 1&2 are a close second...

"The City of Angels" with Nicholas Cage and Meg Ryan. It dose'nt get much better than that, the music from it is awesome. Close 2nd is "The Titantic" and again--music is wonderful!!
