I seem to remember a lot of terms that made me giggle in Geology class, but I cant remember them all. My boyfriend a few years ago was a geology major and he was always joking that geologists are perverts because they had such interesting terms. The only one I can think of now is cleavage, referring to the place in a rock or mineral where it naturally breaks with a clean edge.
