I pay all my bills at the PO. They used to charge about £1.75 for each bill but about a year ago they stopped charging anything atall and its now free. Another good place to pay bills is my local newsagents which has a PayPoint sign in window. I can pay phone, leccy, gas and water there free of charge. I dont beleive in direct debit because of the problems that can be caused if there is no money in the account. Pay by cash and youve always got an extra few weeks to pay.
