if you had a ecoptic pregnancy would it hurt when you press on your lower stomach? i dont know if i'm pregnant yet. i'm taking a test today when i get off work. if i am i would be about 4-9 weeks whenever i conceived my last period was light and short. it lasted 5 days and i'm usually 7. Also it just feels like i have alot of gas in my stomach and my back hurts. NO BLEEDING. and like ovulation pains. my period is due in 2 days if it comes. Does this sound like a ecoptic. i have a doctors appointment on friday. but i'm trying to get in tomorrow. THanks.

when i press on my stomach it does NOT hurt. also it feels like i pulled a muscle on my left side. or like i slept the wrong way. i really cant describe it.

If you had an ectopic pregnancy, you would know it. It is horrible pain. And you would feel it when you pressed on your belly. Don't worry about something that probably doesn't exist. Get a pregnancy test 1st, then worry about other situations.

U KNOW I WAS READING SOME DISCOMFORTS THAT PREGNANT WOMAN WILL HAVE....FUNNY THING WAS THAT IN ONE PART IT SAID SOME WILL HAVE A PAIN ON ONE SIDE OR IN THERE GROIN. IT MAY FEEL LIKE A PULLED MUSCLE. I WAS JUST QUESTIONING IT MYSELF IF U CAN FEEL IT THAT EARLY IN PREGNANCY LIKE 4- 9 WEEKS...I HAVE A LITE PAIN THERE AND I THOUGHT LIKE U IF THERE WAS A CHANCE AT A ECOPTIC PREG...SINCE I JUST HAD A IUD REMOVED. Try not to panic..... your mind is racing.... that will drive you in sane for sure!
First, if your having abdominal pain.... there are many things that can cause this...... and if your period is due..... there are many other things.
Maybe a cist..... or endrometrious...... are you trying to conceive?
You could also have something going on with your intestines...... diverticulitus...... etc.
Hun, you need to do what you can to calm down, until you can see a Dr. They are trained to offer diagnosis.... and if they can't, they will order test to help them do so.
Lisa, stress what you know.... not what you don't know. Stress kills, and life is too short and has too many things to stress that you know for sure.... let alone adding what you don't know to the list.
Friday is day after tomorrow...... you will probably KNOW something then.... or at least have an idea what the Dr is looking for.

Well i do hope you do not have an etopic pregnancy that is a serious serious thing but you got ur period but really that does not mean anything there have been women i know who have had their period for three months and had been pregnant. You have done the right thing to go to the doctor and get checked out and make sure all is well. Good luck hope it all turns out good for you

Take a test, if it's negative then you probably aren't pregnant. It could be an ovarian cyst, If you start to have really, really bad pain, then go to a doctor, like immediately. Even if it isn't pregnancy, you could still have an infected or ruptured ovarian cyst, or a tumor. Neither of which are fun, trust me on that.

you still had a normal period but some women get pregnant and still have a small period however you'd be in more pain that you might possibly have an ovarian cyst or tumor aalso your doctor will do an ultrasound to see what's going on for sure.

When you become pregnant your stomach has to stretch. This could be the problem. I had pain like that when I was pregnant. Tell your dr just to make sure.

i had an etopic pregnancy, and the pain is horrible. it went down my leg, the pain was so bad.
