what kind of an atty. would you want to have you represent you in an insurance fraud case?

i had cancelled a person with off my car insurance policy 3 yrs ago and come to find the insurance co. had the person still included in the poilcy and was charging me over $500 hundred dollars year for a person that that i cancelled off the policy

I am missing the point. Are you wanting to charge that person with insurance fraud? Are you saying you want to charge the ins. co. with ins. fraud?

Insurance fraud is a crime. If you want to charge someone with it, you need to go to the police and/or DA and report it.

If you need defending, you want a crim defense atty, preferably one who specializes in "white-collar" crime and administrative stuff.
