This is a old ww book and it is us so i don't know what 15.5 stone means in pounds. so here is pounds : less than 150pounds=18-23 points. 150-174pounds=20-25 points. 175-199pounds=22-27 points. 200-224pounds=24-29points. 225-249pounds=26-31points. 250-274pounds=28-33points. 275-299pounds=29-34points.300-324pounds=30-35points. 325-349pounds=31-36points. more than 350 pounds=32-37 points. hope this helps.
