Peter Parker wouldn't last 5min. against the Hulk. Spiderman isn't even in the Hulks wt.class.It's true peter has always outsmarted the hulk, butif your talking about a knockdown, dragdown fight there's no question about who would win.

They've fought several times, and Spider-Man has always managed to outsmart the Hulk.
More recently, Peter Parker claimed that he could defeat the Hulk by following around and capturing the wimpy guy in the torn purple pants who always seems to run off after the Hulk calms down.

ok if they were arm wrestling the Hulk but peter is a fricken genius all he would have to do is make a brain inhibitor and block the Hulks spinal cord and BAM paralyzed hulk.The spider has beaten the Firelord way back in the late 80s he was a herald of Galactaus.

Spider-Man would most definitely win because he can use all of his strength, intelligence, and wisdom to defeat anyone, even if it happens to be The Incredible Hulk, one of his Marvel Comics superhero friends.
