The answer must be No. If he had, then congress would have already started impeachment proceedings. I haven't read anything in the news about impeachment proceedings, so no criminal act must have been committed. Congress impeaches at the drop of a hat, or zipper, as history has shown us.

Doesn't make any difference. Since the same party controls the house, impeachment proceedings can not be started. This gives the executive branch a free license to do what ever they want.

You can't even put together a proper sentence but you can pass judgment on the Pres?
I not that you don't site sources. The reason Libs have a clear view is because they are the ones that fabricated it. As for your refernece to, "clear thinking people", that's an old leftist plot from the 60s, Get some new material, Jasper.
And learn how to express yourself properly.

Well he did admit to trying cocaine once. That was criminal. And there's the wire tap thing. Though once again, the war is not a crime. It is technically the same war we staged in 1990. Saddam signed a cease fire accord. Then he broke the accord and we went back in. To those who say it is illegal, I say get an education, preferably in recent history.

Remember, guilt is decided by the winner, not the loser.
Bush will never be convicted of anything unless we lose the war clearly or unless the senate impeaches him.
