This all depends on which hulk you are talking about. There have been a number of variations of the Hulk with Mixed strengths and levels of intelligence. The Grey Hulk is weaker than the Savage hulk but he is smarter. Then there is the Professor Hulk who is super strong and a genius. Most people when you talk about the Hulk think of The Savage Hulk in which case he has the brain of a young child and a minimum strength capable of lifting 100 tons. His strength of course increases as he gets angrier

The Hulk is in the 100 ton weight class, meaning he can lift/press well over 100 tons. Only 3 others have ever been classified as such and that was The beyonder, Thor and the hulks archenemy The abomination. But here's the best part, the hulk has what Stan Lee calls a berserker rage where his strenght is unlimited. Which pretty much means that no one, human or otherwise can deal with him.

It depends on his anger. The angrier he gets the stronger he gets, he also heals faster and gets larger. In DC vs Marvel he and Superman went at it and he alsmost killed Superman.
