In 11th grade I noticed something about my history teacher by the way she sat at her desk. Whenever I leaned back I could see under her desk and notice she would pull her dress or skirt up to her knees as she sat and often I got a somewhat view between her legs. I was wondering if this was a deliberate action or do women in dresses or skirts tend to situate themselves that way without realizing it.

Although tales of teachers seducing students is common, it is a big risk to one's credentials
it could be the secord part, so my suggestion is to sit in some other desk and see how she reacts to you

Sometimes a girl needs to air it out.
If you see that it continues, I would suggest that you print out a note to her on your home computer and set it on her desk without her noticing.
Try to be respectful.
You could say something like:
Dear Miss Xyz,
I respect you so I want to tell you something. I don't mean anything bad, I just want to help. Sometimes when you wear a skirt or dress and sit at your desk, I can see up your dress. I thought maybe you didn't know and wanted to tell you so you could be more careful.
Sincerely,
A caring student.
That should do the trick...unless, of course, you're enjoying the view, then you might choose to say nothing.

I know I'm gonna get some flack over this, but a decent woman is modest in her dress, and especially about keeping things covered, whenever possible. It could have been an accident, but if she was moving around that much, she needs to dress in longer skirts. <*)))><

it is hard to say...could be normal for her. Although I am always very carful when wearing a dress or skirt.

try sitting in a dress or skirt and see what you need to do to adjust your clothing so that you're comfortable.
