Do this...

1. Open your C: Drive
2. Go to Documents and Settings
3. Go to Your Profile (C:\Documents And Settings\Your Profile\
4. Press CTRL + A to select all files, now press CTRL + C to copy all files and folders
5. Go to this location C:\Documents And Settings\Default User
6. Paste all of the files.
7. Now, let the users log in.

Note: Make sure when the users log in, that it is their first time loggin in. It won't work if they logged in before. The reason for this is because, when there is a new user, it uses the settings found on Default User.

So, if you already have users that log on, what you may need to do is delete their profiles and re-create them.

desktop settings are only set within each user account....you cannot change their settings unless you log in to their accounts...but, they will still be allowed to change it to whatever they want despite their user priviledges.
