I already filled out an application and went in there twice and asked politely when I would be able to get an interview. I am 17 so I'm old enough to work there.

Hello there,

First off it depends on your age. I do believe you can get working papers at 15 if so you can apply at any local Mcdonalds where you live. Make sure you have your working papers and your I.D.

Don't go with anyone and dress professional. You never know. They may hire you on the spot. Ask if they are hiring and then they should give you an application.Fill it out right then and there. If they don't call you back in a week. Call them. Make sure you get their number. Be demanding they will know that you are serious about wanting to work. I think this is a good thing that you are trying to get some money in your pocket and be responsible. I started off working here.

It's not a bad job after all...Congrats on taking that step to employment.

Good Luck!!

Since you already filled out the application, go in and find out when the manager will be in. Maybe there is no room on the payroll at this time for you and if there is, then ask the manager how old do you have to be to work there. Some managers now want 18 years old. Good Luck.

Sadly, not very many, unless you want to work as a cashier, courtesy associate, or restaurant server. Unfortunately, within the last 10-15 years, many employers, including restaurants and retail stores, have begun to require that applicants for job vacancies be 18 years of age (some of them 21 years of age) or older and provide proof that they have both a high school diploma (or GED) and some form of college degree (Associates, Bachelors, Masters, so forth), plus a valid driver's license and your own vehicle. If you rely on walking both ways, public transit or parents to get you to and/or from work as I have most of my life, even if the job is no more than one block away from your residence, then most employers won't even touch you with a 39 1/2 foot pole. Other factors you may run into include if you don't have a good credit history (owing loans or medical bills or cleaning out bank accounts), no permanent home address for a set amount of time (this is one of the problems I have had in the last little less than six years, as the longest I have lived at any one residential setting was three years at a group home for individuals with developmental or other disabilities such as myself, which, tragically, closed two years ago), and other factors as well.

Go in w/ a great confident attitude. Dress well and present a professional demeanor. Make sure that you smile and fill out the application neatly and completely.

go to your local mcdonals store or which ever store you'd like to work at... then ask for the manager. then talk to the manager about any openings. Managers like it when people come and ask them about it. Then he/she will give you an app. then fill it out and return it.

Make sure you don't speak English, just nod a lot and try to have a retarded look on your face.

No seriously though its not hard. Most McDonalds are short-handed.
