It is very weird. Spongebob is a show for little kids. Ny nephews aged 5 and 6 have out-grown the show. I watched a few minutes of it and thought it was silly. What's her mental age, and what do her parents say about it?

I think this is for her and her parents to decide. If she does not have a problem with it and they don't then you need to stay out of it.

she can still be a fan at 15 there is no age limit on the show

i think it's weird. to go to that extreme is a little....frightening actually. bedding, wallpaper etc? bit too much. might wanna talk to her about this. otherwise you'll be her only friend forever. can you imagine a 25 year old still with their spongebob blankey? not a good thing.

In as far as OCD is bad then it's worrying, don't see why it's worrying in itself though.. cept she should look up Rocko's Modern Life, written by same guy but much better

Leave her alone. Let her act like a kid while she still can. Besides...Spongebob is ace
