wavelength*frequency = speed of light

So divide the speed of light, c = 3 x 10^8 m/s, by wavelength to get frequency. First, convert the wavelength from nm to m by dividing by 10^9. Then you'll get a frequency in s^-1 = Hz, the number of waves per second.
