Yes, I did know that. But for me... I guess it is the right of each and every one of us to believe in what we choose to believe in.

What is really scary, is that some people, knowing about the disasters caused by Hitler, COPY his ideals and beliefs!!! I guess it is also their right to belong to a Nazi party. But to follow the "creator" of the party IN STEP?

And.... Dear Mr. Paladin. Stalin (unfortunately, one of my own people) once said something like: "Death of one person is a tragedy, death of a million is statistics." Is it what you are trying to say? That Holocaust is less tragic because of the difference between 6 million lives and 500,000-1,500,000? Again, you have the right to believe that, but for me... Every single life lost in that war is a tragedy in itself, and therefore, Holocaust WAS horrible - whether Jewish people are exaggerating or not.

I apologize, Paladin, if I somehow hurt your feelings. In no way did I intend to attack you. I always have been and will be a peaceful person. And I didn't want to be personal. I simply asked for clarification on the thing you said about difference in the numbers - about the lesser number drawing less sympathy. Again, if it is so, I do believe people have the right to sympathize as they will. I just stated that I am sorry for every single life.

We know that what the Jews call "the Holocaust" happened with certainty. What is disputed is the 6 million dead number that they insist on but has absolutely no factual basis. The best research available suggests the number to be from 500,000 to 1 and a half million, which is still horrendous, but doesn't garner the sympathy or the victim power that 6 million does. Did your english class tell you this, and if not, why not?

almatinka-- Perhaps you should take more than a second to read an answer before you decide to berate it. I explained quite nicely for the asker what Holocaust denial is all about and you attack me personally. Give yourself a pat on the back for your sanctimonious display of self-righteousness.

No most are just trying to get the Jews mad. Funny thing that of over 50 million people who died in WW2, the only ones that whine daily are the jews. I don't hear the Catholic and Proestant victimsof the holocaust needing museums all over the world. I don't hear gypsies demanding the UN give them a homeland.

There's no business like shoah business.

they are often antisemitic. they want their perspectives to be seen widely used and not something nasty that resulted into the bloodbath of tens of millions of human beings and with the aid of denying it ever passed off they are able to thankfully stay antisemitic with a sparkling ethical experience and extremely have yet another criticism against Jews: Lookit, holocaust is a narrative made up with the aid of the nasty Jews who're attempting to shame the the remainder of the worldwide into obeying them. 2nd reason, as a rule interior the middle East, in case you deny the Holocaust you deny the explanation why Israel grew to become into created.

And this is the guy who wants to build nuclear weapons???
No wonder the rest of the world is concerned.

That is stupid, and some people (Turks) that the Genocide committed on Assyrians, Armenians, and Greeks never occurred, killing a total of approximately 3 million people. People can be so ignorant and cruel at times.

Yes and some people think that the 9/11 disaster was committed by the US Government. There are lots of delusional, conspiracy-minded people in this world.

Not simply stupid, but ignorant, credulous, hate-filled, easily led, and pathetic people will always deny parts of history that they don't like to admit. Some things are not convenient to acknowledge, and you'll always find people who will deny the truth for their own selfish agendas.

There's always some little group out there who says that a documented part of history didn't happen. I don't know why they do it, but they are not the brightest bulbs on the planet.
